Job Summary

Coordinate domestic and international shipments for radar systems, LRUs, and spare parts, ensuring on-time and compliant transport. Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, and 3PLs to resolve issues and support recovery when delays occur. Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, BOLs/AWBs, certificates of origin) and work with Global Trade Compliance on ECCNs, HTS, and licensing. Maintain shipment data in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and support customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end transportation for radar systems, LRUs, and spare parts, including oversized, hazardous, high-value, and export-controlled hardware.
•Coordinate daily execution with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, and third-party logistics providers to meet delivery commitments and resolve shipment issues.
•Prepare and review shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, AWBs, and certificates of origin.
•Partner with Global Trade Compliance to confirm ECCNs, validate HTS classifications, understand licensing requirements, and ensure accurate export/import documentation.
•Maintain accurate logistics and shipment data in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and monitor shipment status to identify delays and coordinate recovery actions.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
•Demonstrated experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
•Strong understanding of domestic and international transportation processes, export documentation, and trade regulations (ITAR, EAR).
•Experience handling complex or regulated shipments in aerospace, defense, or similar industries.
•Proficiency with ERP and logistics systems; SAP experience strongly preferred.
