Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and resolve first- and second-line technical issues across macOS, Windows, SaaS applications, identity, networking, and office technology.
  • •Manage technology experience for joiners, movers, and leavers, including device deployment, access provisioning, and equipment lifecycle management.
  • •Administer and improve endpoint and identity platforms, including Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace, and Okta.
  • •Own and improve Budapest office technology, including networks, meeting-room AV, printers, and other workplace technology.
  • •Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and automate or simplify them; deliver Tech Ops projects from proposal through implementation and documentation.
