Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead cross-functional teams (including engineers, planners, and consultants) and provide people accountability for direct reports.
  • •Support identification and evaluation of land opportunities aligned with long-term data center growth.
  • •Accountable for overall project/group results, including goal setting, team leadership, and adherence to internal/external budgets and schedules.
  • •Drive completion of due diligence, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and offsite infrastructure processes.
  • •Proactively identify and deliver risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans while reinforcing accountability and open communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field plus 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
  • •Proficiency with data center operations and site development and construction processes.
  • •Proficiency conducting feasibility studies and evaluating potential sites for development.
  • •Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
