Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Platform Lead to understand business requirements and the engineering team’s current DevOps approach.
  • •Target areas of the app to revamp and modernize, helping deliver a scalable architecture aligned to company goals.
  • •Define developer experience tooling and policies to maintain and improve DX while driving engineering quality.
  • •Collaborate on platform architecture improvements to help the Zinc platform scale with the customer base.
  • •Own CI/CD best practices across the tech stack, ensuring pipelines support velocity and resilient deployments (no on-call rotation).

Key Requirements

  • •Wide-ranging experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
  • •Adept working with TypeScript codebases and a strong understanding of YAML in CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Hands-on experience with containers and container orchestration; experience with CI/CD tooling such as CircleCI is preferred.
  • •Experience debugging and understanding performance issues within JavaScript, including functional programming familiarity.
  • •Familiarity with Terraform or comparable IaC tools (Terragrunt is a plus).
