Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives to engage business and technology stakeholders and build trusted relationships across insurance client buying centers.
•Lead consultative and advisory discussions with senior client leadership and represent the firm as a domain and transformation advisor.
•Identify, shape, and convert consulting opportunities into pipeline and revenue, including proposal/RFP responses and deal pursuits.
•Provide end-to-end L&A&R domain advisory across product development, underwriting, policy administration, claims/benefits, distribution, retirement products, and regulatory/compliance considerations.
•Lead and oversee consulting engagements end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and business outcomes while managing cross-functional teams.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10–12 years of experience in insurance consulting or technology services with strong focus on Life, Annuity, and Retirement (L&A&R).
•Experience with L&A&R business processes and industry challenges, including core policy administration and retirement systems.
•8+ years at Big 4 consulting firms or leading IT services providers.
•8+ years building client relationships, generating pipeline and driving revenue growth, and leading end-to-end consulting engagements.
•Must be onsite at a client in Dallas, TX.
