Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage supervision projects throughout the project lifecycle to deliver on budgets, schedules, and technical/quality requirements.
  • •Lead coordination with client counterparts and local authorities to finalize commencement and obtain required approvals, licenses, and permits.
  • •Review, comment, and approve contractor submittals (e.g., staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, traffic management plans) and contractor QA/QC, HSSE, and risk management plans.
  • •Monitor project schedules and budgets, investigate delays/budget overruns, and manage claims, variation orders, and RFIs with support from local design teams.
  • •Oversee inspections, materials testing, commissioning/hand-over processes, defect rectifications, take-over/defects liability certificates, and final accounts/statements; ensure HSSE procedures and safety inspections on sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •12+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry, including construction supervision.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in construction supervision in a top-tier regional/multinational consultancy with deep client and contractor management experience.
  • •Strong project management skills with knowledge of international engineering standards/codes and solid understanding of local rules and regulations.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English; strong interpersonal and leadership and communication skills.
