Supervisor Production - B Shift Cut Floor - WATERLOO PORK PLANT

Maintain high production, quality, and yield while ensuring a safe working environment on the cut floor production line. You’ll oversee daily production orders, staffing, and line start-up readiness, monitor machinery performance and USDA inspection readiness, and manage inventory rotation and product coding. Lead team member training, ergonomics routines, and safety practices, while keeping records for reworked/returned products and coordinating with other supervisors to resolve processing issues.
