Job Summary

Support North America financial planning under the CFO and NA Finance controller by leading sales/profit financial analysis and monitoring forecast performance. Analyze channel inventory and inventory aging to optimize balance, while ensuring internal controls and timely, accurate processing of projects. Collaborate across teams and stakeholders, respond to ad-hoc requests from HQ and subsidiaries, and support additional financial projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead sales/profit financial analysis to align forecast and actual sales for North America.
•Monitor and analyze channel inventory, WOS, aged inventory, and total inventory levels to optimize balance.
•Support financial projects and tasks assigned by the Controller.
•Respond to ad-hoc requests from HQ and subsidiaries.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in corporate finance or accounting.
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related area.
•Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.
•Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
•Excellent communication in both Korean and English (verbal and written).
