Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the field construction of residential construction projects, work side-by-side with teams to promote strong adherence to construction standards, quality guidelines, and efficient practices across residential projects
  • •Foster a strong safety mindset by guiding safety measures, daily briefings, risk evaluations, and full compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and SpaceX guidelines on all residential sites
  • •Manage all construction site operations, including material organization, equipment setup, and subcontractor scheduling for residential builds
  • •Develop and track key metrics to ensure construction timelines and milestones are successfully met
  • •Perform thorough field inspections and reviews to maintain excellent quality in every residential detail
