Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined commercial market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems on-site, partnering with internal and external stakeholders for new installations and retrofits. Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact and take responsibility for products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing systems at customer locations.
•Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
•Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school or formal training preferred).

•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including specified offenses) in the prior 3 years.
•EPA Certification.
•Ability to follow blueprints/engineering specifications and safely perform on-site installation and repairs.
