Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the full project life cycle for commercial client onboarding and treasury management implementations.
  • •Manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects with regular updates and reporting to senior associates.
  • •Develop and execute implementation project plans, maintain documentation, and ensure issues, escalations, and error resolution.
  • •Work with clients, sales, product, and IT to keep approved projects on task and within scope, including client-specific customizations.
