Job Summary

Lead and coordinate commercial onboarding implementations for new clients, managing multiple simultaneous projects across the Commercial Bank footprint. Partner with internal relationship and treasury management teams to set up programs and ensure seamless client journey. Maintain implementation plans, track issues and deliverables, coordinate resources with sales/product/IT, and serve as the central interface between UMB and customers. Provide consultation, training, documentation, and oversee transition to service support.

•Manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects with regular updates and reporting to senior associates.
•Develop and execute implementation project plans, maintain documentation, and ensure issues, escalations, and error resolution.
•Work with clients, sales, product, and IT to keep approved projects on task and within scope, including client-specific customizations.
•Provide training and consultation, manage client and internal communications/status updates, coordinate test plans with QA, and oversee handoff to service support.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and knowledge of web-based treasury applications (e.g., Pep+, UMB Direct, UMB Online Banking).
