Managed Services Engineering Intern

Assist the International Services team in delivering mission-critical IT and communication solutions. In this internship, support senior engineers troubleshooting mission-critical IT and radio systems, help track system performance, and document incident resolutions. Collaborate with web, mobile, and middleware teams to understand technical workflows, prepare customer-facing service availability reports, and learn to monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
