Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute key HR processes and support the overall Performance Management Cycle with timely, accurate delivery.
  • •Use HR metrics and people analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommend continuous improvements to HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • •Serve as an HR advisor on HR policies and employment matters; manage employee relations cases such as grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and corrective plans in line with UAE Labour Law.
  • •Support Emiratization and talent management efforts, including strategies to attract and retain UAE Nationals, talent pipeline development, and succession planning.
  • •Partner with People Support Services to resolve inquiries (HR policies, employee records, benefits, payroll, HR systems) and collaborate on standardized, efficient HR service delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of HR experience as an HR generalist, covering staffing, performance management, change management, compensation and benefits, organization development, employee relations, and training.
  • •In-depth knowledge of progressive HR practices and a strong track record of initiating people strategies to support business growth and change.
  • •Ability to manage dynamic, matrix relationships with multiple stakeholders in a complex, multidisciplinary, multi-site organization.
  • •Working knowledge of the Project Life Cycle and experience delivering HR initiatives across projects.
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English (Arabic & English speaker preferable).
