Clover Concierge Specialist

Drive faster activation by performing consultative setup of Clover devices. Provide feedback to the CC Install Advisor, relaying Clover (BC) knowledge gaps and recommending product and process improvements to stakeholders. Relay concerns directly with BC/SD for quick resolution, supporting customer retention. The role focuses on onboarding effectiveness, cross-functional communication, and resolving issues to ensure accounts remain successful.
