Professional Nurse Specialised - Critical Care

Deliver safe, comprehensive, quality critical care nursing in accordance with the Scope of Practice. Work with a multi-professional team to provide evidence-based patient assessment, identify and manage risks, and create a positive patient experience. Maintain accurate records of nursing interventions, ensure stock and equipment are properly charged, and support staff competence by creating a learning environment. Infection prevention and control, pharmacology, and relevant nursing legislation are central to the role.
