•Manage our social media accounts and presence.
•Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy that supports BioRender’s business goals, product launches, and brand awareness.
•Oversee media relations and press strategy — from crafting pitches to managing relationships with journalists and thought leaders in science, tech, and education.
•Partner with executives to refine messaging and provide communications support for speaking opportunities, thought leadership, and company announcements.
•Manage crisis communications and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels, both internal and external.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate storytelling, ideally in SaaS, tech, or science-focused industries.
•Strong track record of building and executing communications strategies with measurable impact.
•Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear narratives.
•Comfortable working with executives and serving as a trusted communications advisor and media spokesperson.
•Experience managing agencies or cross-functional partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
