Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with internal and external stakeholders to analyze, implement, and track strategic initiatives.
  • •Execute workforce talent, seating, and infrastructure planning to support portfolio growth.
  • •Implement and maintain RLPM discipline across program and product lifecycles.
  • •Collaborate on growth opportunities and strategy with the Program Office and functional partners.
  • •Identify and evaluate portfolio trends, risks, and opportunities and develop mitigation and capture plans, driving change management as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 10 years of experience.
  • •Prior experience in Program Management or a similar discipline.
  • •Experience with capture, proposal, and customer engagement.
  • •Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management and Earned Value Management (EVMS).
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams across areas such as engineering, contracts, finance, procurement/supply chain, manufacturing/operations, and/or administrative functions.
