Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product, Software, Hardware, Algorithms, and UX teams to align on goals, quantify impact, and identify new value sources.
  • •Lead analytics across algorithms, core product, and hardware product workstreams with domain-specific approaches.
  • •Lead, manage, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and raising the analytical bar.
  • •Create repeatable analytics tools and processes at scale, including data pipelines, reporting solutions, and weekly performance reviews.
  • •Build KPIs across product domains, design experiments with rigorous success criteria, and deliver action-oriented recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in a deeply strategic/analytical role partnering with product and development teams.
  • •Experience leading and developing a team of analysts, including mentoring and driving cross-functional projects.
  • •Ability to independently take broad business questions, wrangle data, model insights, visualize results, and communicate recommendations.
  • •Experience running experiments such as A/B testing and causal inference with success criteria and measurement rigor.
  • •Advanced SQL skills plus strong understanding of ELT (dbt) and data warehousing structures (Snowflake).
