  • •Open, close, and adjust reserves to ensure reserve adequacy while following file conferencing and authority procedures.
  • •Maintain knowledge of insurance practices, guidelines, and repair procedures/pricing; attend training as needed.
  • •Partner with Special Investigations Unit and Subrogation to identify fraud and support subrogation/litigation; follow up using claims systems and deliver outstanding customer service.
