Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain training governance, records, and compliance by coordinating training records, SOP completion, training matrices, competency documentation, and audit-ready evidence.
  • •Support SOP standardisation and document control by creating, updating, standardising, and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and document management systems.
  • •Deliver learning and capability-building activities, including training sessions, on-the-job learning, refresher and compliance training, and support for leaders as trainers and coaches.
  • •Enable Manufacturing Excellence and system adoption by training teams in standards, routines, problem-solving tools, Tier governance, asset care, performance management, and continuous improvement ways of working.
  • •Improve training effectiveness and capability outcomes by tracking KPIs (completion, time to competency, assessment outcomes, compliance, SOP adherence) and using feedback to enhance training content and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in training coordination, capability development, learning administration, document control, or operational excellence within manufacturing or FMCG (food and beverage) environments.
  • •Experience maintaining SOPs, training records, compliance documentation, and document management systems.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, safe work practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • •Ability to deliver training, facilitate learning, and support structured on-the-job development for frontline teams.
  • •Strong partner engagement skills across Operations, Quality, Safety, Engineering, HR, and frontline leaders.
