Key Responsibilities

•Define end-to-end ERP processes for finance using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM in collaboration with client teams and other workstreams.
•Support project management activities including planning, controlling, and reporting, and take on client service and presales tasks as needed.
•Plan, organize, and conduct user trainings and coordinate tests and training delivery to ensure successful ERP adoption.
•Provide process consulting and architecture guidance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance.
•Contribute to continuous learning and applying best practices in an international, multi-project environment.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Experience in consulting (at least 5 years) on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
•Strong finance process understanding and experience with interfaces and data flows within ERP systems.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (minimum B2) and the ability to clearly convey complex topics in an agile team.
•Initiative, analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, service mindset, willingness to travel for projects.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
