Senior Director, Accounting

Senior leadership role leading the operational accounting function at a pre-IPO/high-growth company. You’ll run monthly closes, GL/sub-ledger architecture, and ERP migration, build a scalable accounting platform, and partner with the CAO to establish SOX controls and prepare for audit readiness and IPO. Strong emphasis on AI-native processes and cross-functional leadership.
