Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement instructions/directives from the Regional Manager and ensure staff follow them.
  • •Follow instructions from the immediate Superior/Supervisor/Senior Supervisor/Captain Waiter.
  • •Supervise and participate in the daily movement and ensure above-standard service to customers.
  • •Prepare and submit daily lounge service reports and handle daily store/equipment/chemical inventory and shift handovers.
  • •Maintain 100% hygiene, safety, and sanitation, including equipment cleaning and compliance with quality and temperature control.

Key Requirements

  • •High School / Field Training Certificate.
  • •1–3 years of experience in a hospitality/restaurant role.
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to properly handle people.
  • •Good working knowledge of operating a hospitality system (or similar).
