Key Responsibilities

  • •Report directly to the Founder and CEO and help scale from a single product into a multi-product company.
  • •For one team: build LLM infrastructure for consumer conversations that adapts in real time to each borrower.
  • •For the other team: build outbound systems that send email/SMS/letters at high volume and improve messaging via experimentation.
  • •Set opinionated product strategy and run experiments that prove what works, translating evidence into decisions.
  • •Create and refine systems that let the team make good calls without you in the room, while operating within legal/ethical/financial constraints.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 207,000 annually

  • •5+ years as a Product Manager.
  • •Own product strategy end to end and move something real.
  • •Reason from data and design experiments that isolate cause, working deeply with engineers on system-level tradeoffs.
