Job Summary

Design and build a GenAI Agent platform for runtime, orchestration, tool/function calling, prompt and workflow management, and memory/state handling. Maintain and publish reference coding, testing, and developer guidance to drive consistent adoption across teams. Continuously evaluate emerging agent capabilities, translating them into platform enhancements with clear value, risk, and cost trade-offs within CTO Platforms (AI Platforms).

Key Responsibilities

•Develop the GenAI agent runtime and implement orchestration, tool/function calling, prompt and workflow management, memory/state handling, and integration patterns (using frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph where appropriate).
•Maintain platform documentation and enablement by publishing reference coding, testing, and developer guidance to accelerate adoption and consistent delivery across teams.
•Track and evaluate emerging GenAI/agent capabilities and translate them into pragmatic platform enhancements with clear value, risk, and cost trade-offs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering (or related).
•Knowledge of Python, Java, or Golang.
•Strong engineering mindset and commitment to engineering standards and best practices.
•AI-native mindset, applying AI-driven approaches (including coding assistants) to improve productivity and quality.
