Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to help them succeed and thrive.
  • •Deeply understand customer needs and pain points to prioritize work and deliver solutions that drive real impact.
  • •Own project execution end-to-end — planning, architecture, and delivery — while maintaining high quality and predictable timelines.
  • •Collaborate with high-visibility teams and stakeholders to drive critical product and platform initiatives forward.
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership, from system architecture and design to incident response and roadmap definition.

Key Requirements

  • •Has a CS degree (or equivalent)
  • •7+ years of professional experience in software development
  • •Can be in office 3-4 days/week in San Francisco
  • •Experience leading projects on a cross-team or company-wide scale
