Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the technological roadmap for the department aligned with the company strategy, market needs and product strategy.
  • •Supervise R&D teams (architects, developers, QA, DevOps) and ensure upskilling across sites, including international teams.
  • •Ensure the security and compliance of solutions (ISO 27001, RGPD, Zero Trust).
  • •Drive innovation: technology watch, AI/ML integration, automation of IAM processes, management and tracking of R&D projects.
  • •Optimize performance and scalability of SaaS and on-premises solutions; coordinate with Product, Support and Security to ensure quality and customer satisfaction (SAFe development).

  • •IAM (Identity and Access Management) expertise and leadership
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary R&D teams (architects, developers, QA, DevOps)
