•Provide geotechnical engineering and design support for dams, levees, mining, civil works, transportation, energy, and other projects
•Plan, perform, and oversee geotechnical site investigations, including subsurface investigations, field and laboratory testing of soil and rock materials
•Plan, oversee installation, monitor, and analyze data from geotechnical instrumentation
•Mentor younger engineers and supervise junior team members in calculations, analysis, and design; prepare and review reports and drawings
•Provide onsite field support and oversight during earthwork construction

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a focus in geotechnical engineering from an ABET-accredited university
•6 years of relevant experience
•Valid Driver's license that allows you to drive during the course of your employment
•Proficiency in geotechnical analysis and design using Excel, gINT, GeoStudio (SEEP/W, SLOPE/W), PLAXIS, FLAC, UTEXAS, Settle3, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and Visual Basic
