Job Summary

Drive sales growth and business development for OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) across the hospitality sector. Build and manage relationships with hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, restaurants, healthcare and education institutions, and hospitality developers. Own strategic sales planning, lead generation, key account management, and the full project/tender lifecycle—from BOQs and tenders through proposal development, negotiation, and order closure. Monitor market trends and provide sales forecasts while managing commercial and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
•Identify and secure new business opportunities across hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, restaurants, hospitals, educational institutions, and other hospitality projects.
•Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of hospitality projects from concept through project completion.
•Manage key customer accounts, including relationship building, meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Review project specifications/BOQs/tender documents, coordinate across functions to prepare proposals, manage the sales cycle through delivery, and negotiate commercial terms while maintaining profitability targets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
•MBA or relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
•Minimum 6–12 years of sales experience in OS&E, Hospitality Supplies, Hotel Procurement, Food Service Equipment, Hospitality Solutions, or related industries.
•Strong UAE hospitality industry network.
•Proven track record in hospitality project sales and business development.
