Key Responsibilities

  • •Review expense reports across multiple entities, ensuring supporting documents, VAT, coding, and compliance are correct.
  • •Process manual expense claims, including mileage allowances, by checking rates, matching trips to documents, and applying caps.
  • •Record supplier invoices in Odoo with correct matching to approvals and accurate accounting/analytical coding.
  • •Create and verify supplier and bank (RIB) records limited to preparation and document control.
  • •Categorize bank transactions in Odoo and perform bank reconciliations for French entities.

Key Requirements

  • •Transitioning from BTS to DCG and pursuing a Finance, Control, Audit, or Accounting-focused degree (university, business school, or engineering school).
  • •First-level accounting mindset with rigor and strong adherence to control procedures in a multi-entity environment.
  • •Ability to review and validate expense documentation, including VAT, coding, and compliance with policy.
  • •Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and group communication).
  • •Odoo experience is a plus (internal training provided).
