Plant Engineering Manager

Lead plant technical strategy focused on engineering projects, maintenance excellence, and store improvement programs in a food manufacturing environment. Partner cross-functionally to execute the plant capital plan, support audits and continuous improvement, and drive safety, quality, cost, and performance outcomes. Manage the plant utilities team and provide technical leadership for low-loss production systems, startup processes, and Early Management initiatives, partnering with corporate teams and plant functions.
