Key Responsibilities

•Design, analyze (including thermal considerations), simulate, and test power conversion circuitry using non-isolated converter topologies such as buck, boost, and buck-boost.
•Guide ECAD personnel through PWB layout of power circuitry and support technical drawing creation.
•Perform design work within the bounds of a given schedule.
•Present reviews of technical data to program leadership and technical staff.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
•Experience with low-level electronics components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, and/or transistors, with ability to design with them.
•Experience with non-isolated converter topologies including buck, boost, and buck-boost.
•Experience with analog electronic design, analysis, and test, including FET, BJT, and/or Op-amp circuits.
•Familiarity with circuit simulation and/or printed circuit board layout software tools.
