Lead underwriting and management of complex Middle Market construction accounts, analyzing new and renewal business while assessing risk, exposure, and pricing. •Strong oral and written communication skills, including negotiation, relationship building, and presentation abilities.
•In-depth knowledge of underwriting philosophy, risk analysis, and relevant regulations.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience working under time constraints for quotes, and a valid driver’s license with ability to travel as required.
