Job Summary

Lead investment and improvement projects from start to finish for VVM-Cementbouw, preparing, coordinating, and delivering within planning, budget, scope, risks, safety, and quality. •Independently prepare, coordinate, follow up, and deliver investment and improvement projects within VVM-Cementbouw.
•Lead projects end-to-end while monitoring planning, budget, scope, risks, safety, and quality.
•Organize project controls, ensuring stakeholder management and reporting.
•Direct the project team, contractors, and partners to ensure safe and quality execution.
•Prepare and coordinate project documents (tender/bestek documents, specifications, offer processes) and coordinate daily site work, including commissioning, handover, invoice checks, and project documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial sciences, or a comparable technical field.
•Expertise in mechanical and mechanical/engineering projects, supported by a solid civil foundation.
•Experience independently leading (larger) technical projects end-to-end and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strong capability in planning, cost monitoring, priority setting, long-term thinking, and risk management.
•Fluent in Dutch and English (C2); French knowledge is a plus.
