Job Summary

Lead shipping processing in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll coach processors, ensure accurate order completion, train staff, and coordinate with customer service and the WMS to prevent mis-ships while maintaining strict safety and SOP adherence.

Key Responsibilities

•Process all incoming electronic customer orders, print, verify and ensure order completion
•Train and coach all shipping processors to maintain productivity and accuracy
•Track mis-ships and mistakes for problem resolution and root cause analysis
•Process orders from online store into the WMS system and ensure demographic, payment, and inventory accuracy
•Assist with customer service inquiries via phone and email, and communicate discrepancies to the team

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 hourly

•High School Diploma or GED preferred
•Prior warehouse experience a plus
•1+ year experience in a lead role
