Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to clinical sites to lead pre-launch preparation, confirming logistics, materials, and site readiness with site leadership.
  • •Onboard client-side clinical coordinators and preceptors, lock in onboarding dates, and ensure materials are shipped and ready before students arrive.
  • •Provide consistent student support throughout clinical rotations, including remediation support and early flagging of at-risk students.
  • •Coordinate clinical operations as the primary point of contact for coordinators and preceptors, including onboarding sessions and chasing preceptor evaluations to completion.
  • •Handle client communication and recurring biweekly check-ins, resolving issues directly when appropriate and escalating or de-escalating with the Program Director as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Clinical fluency: hold an active NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or NCCT TS-C certification, or be a nurse/OR professional with extensive hands-on OR experience, or hold an associate's or nursing degree with first-assist experience.
  • •Present confidently and independently to clinical coordinators, preceptors, and hospital staff to build credibility quickly.
  • •Experience tracking cohort/program progress, identifying at-risk students or sites early, and managing in-person program logistics (skills lab setup, materials, scheduling).
  • •Willingness to travel regularly to clinical sites (50%+ of time), with heavier travel during clinical scrubs phases.
  • •Comfort building process and operating with autonomy in a fast-growing organization with an unfinished playbook.
