Job Summary

Lead strategic sourcing across Corporate Services categories (Human Resources, Workplace Services, and Global Travel) for the EMEA region. Partner with senior corporate stakeholders and label teams to balance enterprise financial discipline with studio autonomy. Own global Travel & Expense category strategy, negotiate complex commercial terms, and help drive adoption of the Source-to-Pay orchestration platform. Mentor Procurement team members and improve tools and processes to track deal velocity and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute sourcing strategies across Human Resources, Workplace Services, and Global Travel categories for the EMEA region.
•Lead high-impact, enterprise-wide negotiations and category strategies in partnership with senior corporate stakeholders and label teams.
•Serve as primary commercial partner to HR leadership for sourcing HR tools/systems and global benefits programs.
•Own the global Travel & Expense (T&E) category, including T&E policy management, corporate booking tool strategy, and negotiations with travel partners.
•In partnership with Legal and Security, negotiate complex commercial terms to mitigate vendor lock-in and third-party risk, including focus on GDPR and European data privacy compliance, and mentor Procurement team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a relevant field and 8+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or equivalent experience.
•Proven track record leading enterprise negotiations and delivering measurable EBITDA impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
•Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
•Deep market knowledge of corporate services vendor landscape, including HR technology/services, global corporate travel programs, and workplace/facilities management.
•Proficiency in financial modeling (TCO, ROI, and spend-under-management) and strong project management and analytical skills.
