Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the UK & Ireland Data Centre delivery organisation, providing leadership, direction and development for a team of 100+ professionals across architectural, engineering and specialist disciplines
  • •Accountable for the end-to-end design process and delivery of multiple Data Centre projects for key clients across the UK, Europe and globally, from early concept through detailed design and construction support
  • •Lead a portfolio of data centre projects from a delivery, technical and commercial standpoint
  • •Act as the senior delivery and escalation lead for high-profile Data Centre clients, maintaining trusted, long-term relationships at executive and director level
  • •Provide overall technical, commercial and operational leadership across a portfolio of programmes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth understanding of building systems, regulations, contracts, and construction types
  • •Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, and collaborative digital platforms
  • •Strong knowledge of design workflows and managing fast-paced project environments
