Job Summary

Maintain plant equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Perform routine and preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across conveyors and related systems, and support servicing with hand tools, power tools, and welding. Operate heavy equipment such as Bobcats, skid steers, loaders, and man lifts, complete equipment inspections and documentation, and follow OSHA/MSHA and company safety policies while coordinating with the Foreman and team.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment, including use of ladders for elevated platforms.
•Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs and servicing.
•Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on conveyors and related equipment (e.g., rollers, bearings, gearboxes, air compressor and water systems).
•Safely operate heavy equipment such as Bobcats, skid steers, loaders, and man lifts.
•Follow OSHA/MSHA and company policies; complete pre- and post-inspections, document findings, and assist in training/mentoring less-experienced team members.

Key Requirements
