Key Responsibilities

•Manage and guide a team of 2–5 manufacturing engineers at the CM site in Chonburi, ensuring clear priorities and effective daily execution.
•Serve as the primary contact who collaborates with CM, facilitating daily communication on infrastructure status, capacity readiness, and execution alignment.
•Take responsibility for optics manufacturing infrastructure, encompassing installation, qualification, availability, and overall equipment efficiency.
•Ensure CM engineers and technicians are accurately trained and capable of maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment.
•Manage infrastructure spare parts and consumables, ensuring availability and efficient usage to support high-volume production.

•B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
