Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical aspects of the sales process.
  • •Provide bespoke support to technical customer contacts and architect solutions for prospective and existing customers.
  • •Create compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product’s value proposition.
  • •Develop technical enablement resources and documentation to improve sales effectiveness and technical fluency.
  • •Build self-service tools, identify common integration patterns, and work with product teams to productize them.
