Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate build activities in restricted regions, serving as the liaison between build engineers and the commercial service teams that own and operate services.
  • •Collaborate with technical staff to resolve complex issues, drive Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and transition findings to the Global Solutions team.
  • •Automate the detection and resolution of recurring build issues, and identify new opportunities to improve processes within the restricted environment.
  • •Ensure all work aligns with internal compliance policies and prepare or assist with technical proposals for new work opportunities.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of engineers in a high-security, restricted environment.

Key Requirements

  • •TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
  • •2+ years of experience managing a team of developers or engineers in a restricted environment
  • •Systems engineering experience in enterprise-scale internet service engineering or related
  • •Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or higher (preferred)
  • •Expertise in Kubernetes deployments and development and hands-on AWS CLI/SDK usage
