Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of clients by developing and maintaining relationships between Visa and members.
  • •Drive sales and support initiatives outlined in Country plans for the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
  • •Translate Visa’s new payment tools and technologies into commercial value for clients and tailor solutions with functional teams.
  • •Identify and close new business opportunities by analyzing clients’ market positioning, product profiles, and strategy.
  • •Ensure members’ compliance to service levels and manage resolution of queries and complaints, including periodic weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and regular market sales visits.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional experience in retail or transactional banking, with direct card experience strongly preferred.
  • •Ability to demonstrate strong negotiation skills and strong commercial skills to put together deals.
  • •Sound business judgment with a long-term view and strong analytical skills to derive insight from data.
  • •Excellent sales, account management, project management, presentation, strategic planning, and budgeting skills.
  • •Minimum of an Honours Degree focused on financial management, accounting, sales, business strategy and/or economics.
