Serve as a trusted advisor to Japanese multinational clients through Aon’s Human Capital capabilities spanning Health, Wealth, Talent, Wellbeing, and Retirement. Manage and grow strategic executive relationships, develop account plans, identify business priorities, and create qualified opportunities. Coordinate specialists to deliver integrated solutions across Aon teams, represent Aon at events, and drive measurable outcomes tied to pipeline creation and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute strategic account plans for Japanese multinational clients and prospects.
•Build executive relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, HR and benefits leaders) and identify opportunities to deliver value.
•Lead discussions on workforce strategy, employee benefits, wellbeing, retirement, and talent priorities.
•Coordinate Human Capital specialists to create integrated client solutions and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
•Represent Aon in client meetings and events, support thought leadership and communications, and drive measurable business outcomes and account growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Native or near-native Japanese language proficiency.
•Business-level English proficiency.
•Active Life & Health License or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
•10+ years of experience in Human Capital consulting, employee benefits/retirement consulting, talent consulting, insurance brokerage, financial services, consulting, or professional services.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
