Lead finance transformation delivery across Zurich by supporting complex, cross-functional workstreams that span business units, functions, and geographies. •Support finance transformation workstreams or teams with clear scope, realistic plans, and delivery against agreed outcomes.
•Support program and workstream roadmap planning with workstream and functional leaders to align initiatives and timelines.
•Enable governance and decision-making forums via timely, transparent status reporting, risk registers, and project artefacts.
•Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (business, technology, finance, operations, change management), managing interdependencies and risks.
•Enable programme financials and benefits tracking by defining business cases, tracking spend, and measuring value delivery.

Key Requirements

•Experience in projects or programmes in an international environment, ideally in financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
•Ability to thrive in complex stakeholder environments, working with senior executives and diverse teams across functions and geographies.
•Good organisational skills across planning, governance, risk and issue management, financial tracking, and benefits realisation.
•Strong influencing and relationship-building skills to navigate ambiguity, build alignment, and facilitate conversations.
•Clear and compelling communication skills in English (written and verbal). Professional certifications in project/programme management are an advantage.
