Lead the development and commercialization of Mashreq's FI trade products for Financial Institutions, driving profitability, market strategy, and partnerships. Collaborate with Technology and Operations to digitize processes, and shape go-to-market plans across FI clients to grow volumes, revenue, and share of wallet.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive overall financial performance of FI Trade products by launching initiatives to grow volumes and assets, optimise pricing, NIMs, and return on capital while partnering with Technology and Operations to streamline and digitise processes.
•Understand the market landscape by monitoring regulatory developments, trends, client needs, competitors, and industry insights through market analysis and stakeholder feedback.
•Develop a comprehensive product strategy defining market landscape, target segments, addressable market size, and a clear roadmap for product development and commercialization.
•Drive product innovation by identifying opportunities, prioritising developments, preparing investment plans, and seeking internal approvals.
•Adhere to product governance and compliance, maintain product program guidelines, engage stakeholders on regulatory changes, and communicate key updates to management.

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of trade product management experience (preferably within the FI segment) or related functions such as Trade Operations or Trade Sales.
•Good understanding of the FI Trade market and application of relevant products.
•Track record of developing and successfully commercialising new products.
•Experience in agile product and technology development approaches.
•Strong people management skills.
