Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end testing, programming download, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand installation and repair requirements and synchronize onsite work.
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints/engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Enforce safety standards, maintain security/accountability of company-issued assets, and mentor team members; may work overtime and occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school.
  • •10+ years of experience in HVAC; technical school or formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld devices (e.g., smartphone/iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA Universal Certification required.
