Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate preparation and operational organization of training courses with the site Operations Manager.
  • •Manage onboarding for instructors, visiting instructors, and temporary staff, including access requests, badges, and onboarding checklists.
  • •Support students and instructors throughout training activities.
  • •Administer and maintain training systems (AGU, SharePoint, and related tools) and monitor prerequisites and activity completion.
  • •Coordinate with corporate functions (Facilities, Security, EHS, IT, and Travel Support) and support training center visits, workshops, audits, and events.

Salary: EUR 37,600 - 51,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a technical, administrative, or related field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in operational coordination, training administration, or project support roles.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
