•Design and develop antenna actuators to meet product design requirements.
•Develop design criteria with RF, software, and network engineers to support seamless antenna-mechanism integration.
•Perform kinematic analysis, stress/strain, and fatigue calculations to validate mechanical endurance under operating loads and environments.
•Optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost; ensure smooth integration with RF and antenna requirements.
•Plan and conduct mechanism testing and validation, develop fabrication/assembly tooling, troubleshoot production issues, and create drawings, specifications, and test plans for safety and compliance.

•Experience with thermal and mechanical simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS).
•Strong understanding of mechanical design principles (kinematics, materials selection, structural analysis) and ownership of a precision actuation system from clean sheet to production.
