Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead production planning for new product launches and scale-ups, from buy plan through first replenishment readiness.
  • •Work with manufacturing partners to ensure on-time PO acceptance, on-time delivery of first POs ex-factory, and readiness to produce replenishment orders.
  • •Collaborate with the planning team and manufacturing partners to secure readiness of fabrics, trims, and capacity to execute production on time.
  • •Run WBRs with manufacturing partners and drive consistent performance in on-time delivery and ex-factory results.
  • •For fulfillment-capable manufacturing partners, coordinate with logistics to meet 24-hour ship expectations and ensure error-free fulfillment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment with a supervisory/managerial track record.
  • •Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding, including inventory control, demand planning, and material flow optimization.
  • •Proficiency with ERP/MRP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel for data analysis.
  • •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen, plus exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution.
